AM Construction was born from the idea that the current direction of Seattle residential construction does not represent the history and style the future of Seattle deserves. Instead of tearing down historic Seattle homes to build generic modern boxes, we decided that the homes which define Seattle deserve a second (or third) chance. AM Construction has passion for preserving what is important to this city as well as providing a fun, invigorating and memorable experience for our clients. From a one man operation starting in 2012, we have expanded to a larger and more versatile company.
